We want you to be happy with your purchase from Adam Parfümerie. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds. Consumer rights under mandatory local law (including the EU) remain unaffected where they cannot be limited by contract.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to exceptions below. The withdrawal period and model instructions are provided with your order confirmation where required.
Perfumes, cosmetics, and similar products are often sealed for hygiene and safety. If the seal is broken or the product has been used, return for change of mind may not be possible, in line with applicable law for goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Please check product condition on delivery before opening if you wish to rely on the withdrawal right.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos if helpful. We will arrange a suitable remedy (replacement, repair where applicable, or refund) in accordance with your legal rights.
Contact us through our Contact us page before sending anything back, unless we have already provided a return label or instructions. Returns sent without prior agreement may be delayed or refused.
Approved returns should include original packaging where reasonable and all items supplied with the product. We may reduce refunds if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Once we accept a return and receive the goods, we will process your refund using the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable time. Shipping costs for returns may follow applicable law and the reason for the return; we will confirm any cost allocation when we approve your request.
